Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time:  Each bag is handmade to order. Production time varies, and once your bag is completed, shipping processing begins. Orders are processed within 5 business days after the bag is made.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery times:
• Local (South Africa): 3–5 business days
• National: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Methods: We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Damages & Lost Packages:  We package our handmade bags with great care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
