ZBSCollection offers bags and accessories, including products made using African fabrics such as Shweshwe and Ankara.
Many of our products are handmade or made to order. Product descriptions will indicate where applicable.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other product information are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with handmade products, fabric patterns, and differences between individual screens and devices.
The appearance or placement of fabric patterns may vary from the images shown on the website because each piece may be individually made.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product designs, or update product information and pricing where permitted by law.
4. Made-to-Order Products and Processing
Many ZBSCollection products are made to order.
Production and preparation typically take 5–7 business days after an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
This timeframe includes production, final quality inspection, secure packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
Custom-made or personalised products may require additional time. Where a significant delay is expected, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Courier delivery time is separate from the 5–7 business-day production and preparation period.
5. Pricing and Availability
All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change where permitted by law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product availability displayed on the website are accurate.
If an error in pricing or availability is discovered after an order has been placed, we may contact you to discuss the issue and, where appropriate and permitted by law, cancel the affected order and provide any refund required.
6. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase and delivery.
An order is subject to confirmation and successful payment.
For payment methods offered by ZBSCollection, customers must follow the payment instructions provided at checkout or during the ordering process.
Where payment is made by EFT, an order will only proceed to production after payment has been received and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where there is suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect pricing, or an inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Where available, Shopify's cancellation functionality may allow an order to be cancelled within the cancellation period displayed at checkout or in the customer's order information.
Once production has started on a handmade, made-to-order, custom-made, or personalised product, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials and labour may already have been committed to the order.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws will continue to apply.
8. Shipping and Delivery
ZBSCollection currently offers delivery within South Africa only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Production and preparation typically take 5–7 business days after order confirmation and payment.
After dispatch, estimated courier delivery times are:
- Major centres: 2–3 business days
- Other South African areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 7–10 business days
Estimated total order time, including production and delivery, is approximately:
- Major centres: 7–10 business days
- Other areas: 8–14 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 12–17 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, seasonal demand, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.
