How to Order from ZBSCollection
Ordering from ZBSCollection is simple. Follow the steps below to choose your product, provide your preferred fabric, complete your payment, and receive your order.
1. Browse Our Collection
Explore our range of handcrafted bags and accessories and select the product you would like to purchase.
Click on the product to view:
- Product description
- Available fabric options
- Size and product details
- Price
- Other available options
2. Choose Your Fabric
For products where you can choose your preferred fabric, browse the Fabric Selection section displayed on the product page.
Each available fabric is identified by a fabric number and/or fabric name.
Once you have chosen your preferred fabric:
- Note the fabric number or fabric name.
- Enter the fabric number/name in the Order Notes / Fabric Selection field provided on the product page.
- Double-check that the information you entered is correct before adding the product to your cart.
Important: Please make sure you enter the correct fabric number or name. If you are unsure about your fabric choice, contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order.
3. Add to Cart
After entering your preferred fabric number/name and selecting any other available product options, click “Add to Cart.”
Before completing your order, please check that:
- You have selected the correct product.
- You have entered the correct fabric number/name.
- The quantity is correct.
- Your delivery information is accurate.
4. Complete Your Order
Proceed to checkout and provide your:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.
ZBSCollection currently delivers within South Africa only.
5. Make Payment
Complete your payment using the payment method available at checkout.
Where EFT is selected, follow the payment instructions provided and use the required payment reference.
Orders will proceed to production once payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Production & Preparation
Many ZBSCollection products are handmade to order.
Production and preparation typically take 5–7 business days after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
This timeframe includes:
- Making your order
- Final quality inspection
- Secure packaging
- Preparation for dispatch
7. Delivery
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, it will be handed to the courier for delivery within South Africa.
Estimated courier delivery times are:
- Major centres: 2–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 7–10 business days
Estimated Total Order Time
Including production and courier delivery, the estimated total time is:
- Major centres: 7–10 business days
- Other areas: 8–14 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 12–17 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
You can use the tracking information to monitor your delivery.
