At ZBSCollection, we aim to make payment simple and convenient. Payment must be received and confirmed before production begins for made-to-order and custom products.

Available Payment Method

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

We accept payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Our banking details and payment instructions will be provided during the ordering process or through the payment information provided by ZBSCollection.

Please use the correct payment reference so that we can identify your payment and link it to your order.

Payment Reference

When making an EFT payment, please use your order number as the payment reference.

If you have not yet received an order number, please contact us before making payment so we can provide the appropriate reference.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been received and verified by ZBSCollection.

For made-to-order products, production will begin after payment has been received and confirmed.

For custom or wholesale orders, we will confirm the agreed price, requirements and payment arrangements before production begins.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that the correct amount is paid.
  • Keep your proof of payment for your records.
  • Sending proof of payment does not necessarily mean that payment has been received or verified.
  • Production will not begin until payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders may be delayed if payment cannot be identified or verified.
  • Custom and wholesale orders may have specific payment arrangements, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
